Here's an Easy One from the Kitchen of GG Lisenby:
Pour a can of black beans in the bottom of a pyrex dish
Put 2 chicken breasts on top of the black beans
Pour an entire can of Salsa over the top
Cook for 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees
Top with Monterrey Jack cheese for the last five min.
Serve with rice and have your family wear sombreros!
